Meeting Schedule

Luncheon meetings are usually held on the third Thursday of the month, except when the date conflicts with holidays, venue availability, or other scheduling considerations. Some luncheons are therefore held on the fourth Thursday.

Luncheons begin at 11:30 a.m., unless otherwise noted.

Reservations

To make a reservation for an upcoming luncheon, members may sign up at the Luncheon Registration Table during the previous luncheon or mail a check to Barbara Greco.

When making your reservation, please include your meal choice when applicable: hot, cold, vegetarian, or gluten-free.

Luncheon prices may vary depending on the venue and menu. The specific price and reservation information will be provided with each month’s luncheon announcement.

Guests pay an additional $5.00.

Important Reservation Policies

• Luncheon reservations must be made in advance and received no later than seven days before the luncheon date.
• Once your payment is received, your reservation is confirmed.
• The Club provides a final headcount to the venue or caterer and is financially responsible for the number of meals reserved.

Cancellations

• Cancellations received at least seven days before the luncheon will receive a full refund.
• After the reservation deadline, refunds cannot be issued.
• For last-minute cancellations, please contact Barbara Greco at 862-293-0339. She may have a waiting list.
• Luncheon reservations and meals are not transferable. Please do not send another person in your place.
• No-shows will forfeit their luncheon payment and meal.
• Walk-ins are not permitted.

Venue Guidelines

• Business casual attire is requested.
• No outside food or beverages are permitted.
• Menus are set and substitutions may not be available.
• Take-out containers are not available for buffet luncheons.
• We recommend bringing a wrap or sweater, as the Club does not control the temperature of the venue.
