Luncheon meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month, except where that date conflicts with holidays. Luncheons begin at 11:30am, unless noted.

Reservations

Make your luncheon reservations for the next month at our luncheon signup table or mail your check, including your choice of a hot, cold, vegetarian or gluten-free meal. Meals will be $28 at most venues but there will be venues where the cost may be higher. The Newcomers will have those costs listed with each month’s luncheon information. Guests always pay an extra $5.

A RESERVATION EXISTS WHEN YOUR CHECK HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Once we give the head count to the host restaurant, we pay for that number of meals. Cancellations may be made prior to that count and a full refund will be given. After that date, if you cannot attend, call the asst. Treasurer (see above.) It is possible that she has a waiting list and can aid in finding a replacement. If not, no refund will be paid.

It is suggested that you bring a wrap of some sort as we don’t control temperatures.
