Meeting Schedule:
 Luncheon meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month, except when that date conflicts with holidays. Luncheons begin at 11:30 a.m., unless otherwise noted.

Reservations:
 To make your luncheon reservation for the upcoming month, you can sign up at our luncheon signup table or mail your check to Barbara Greco (see address below), including your meal choice (hot, cold, vegetarian, or gluten-free). Meals will generally be $28 at most venues, though some venues may have a higher cost. The Newcomers will provide the specific costs with each month’s luncheon information. Guests always pay an additional $5.

Important Reservation Policies:

• A luncheon reservation must be made in advance, no later than 7 days (a full week) prior to the luncheon date.
• Once your check is received, your reservation is confirmed. We then provide a headcount to the host restaurant or caterer, and we are committed to paying for that number of meals.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before the luncheon, and a full refund will be given.
• After that date, if you cannot attend, no refund will be issued.
• For last-minute cancellations, please contact Barbara Greco at 862-293-0339. She may have a waiting list.

Please note that your meal is not transferable, so do not send a friend in your place. No-shows will forfeit luncheon payments and meals. Walk-ins are not allowed, and we cannot guarantee a seat for those without reservations.

Venue Rules:

• Business Casual Attire
• No outside food or beverages are allowed.
• Menus are set with no substitutions.
• There are no take-out containers for buffet luncheons.
• It is recommended to bring a wrap or sweater, as we do not control the venue’s temperature.
